Plain and simple. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of your case arriving at Harmony, you can rest assured it will be returned on or before the date requested, exactly as prescribed. On the other hand, if our Initial QC Protocol identifies any potential challenges in completing the case, we will proactively contact you to discuss practical solutions.
