Since
Harmony first opened its doors in 2000, one of our primary objectives
has been attracting the best people and giving them a unique opportunity
to grow and prosper as members of our Team.
Fortunately,
we have been successful in this endeavor. Today, we are proud to offer
one of the most talented, focused and hard-working teams in the laboratory
profession.
In
order to maximize the talents of every member of Team Harmony, we have
organized our folks into 3 distinct, yet coordinated, groups. This enables
each person to do what they do best.
Unlike
other laboratories where one person is counted on to wear multiple hats,
Harmony offers you and your patients a coordinated team of focused experts.
Specifically, our Team Members are organized as follows:
Customer Relationships
These are the folks responsible for making sure you
get everything you need from your relationship with Harmony. Garrett
and
Glenda are your primary inside contacts – responsible for troubleshooting
technical issues, helping plan comprehensive cases and answering any
questions
you may have. Their goal is to be able to serve as “one-stop-shops” for
you and your staff. Supporting Garrett and Glenda is our Field Technical
Team of Sean, Michelle and Marohn and our Internal Quality Assurance
Leader, Darryl.
Technical
It does not matter if our Customer Relationships folks talk the
talk unless our Technical Team walks the walk. Accordingly, every one
of our technicians spends100% of his/her time working on your cases,
developing their skills and training new members of our Team. They rarely
take phone
calls and they are not responsible for managing the work flow of the
lab. There job is to make beautiful teeth, every day.
Due
to the level of knowledge and expertise required to provide you with
the consistent quality you expect, our Technical Team is comprised of
2 divisions,
Fixed and Removable.
Business Development
Plain and simple, the goal of this team is to keep
everyone headed in the same direction. Just as in dental practices,
there are a
myriad of challenges facing a dental laboratory on any given day. The
folks working in this area make it their business to ensure any issues
not directly related to customer relationships or making teeth are handled.
As a result, the folks on the Customer Relationships and Technical Teams
can focus 100% of their attention on the issues most important to you
and your patients.
Plain
and simple, our people are what make us what we are today. We are proud
of what they accomplish each and every day, and we encourage you to take
a minute to learn a little more about each of them. Who knows? They may
be working on your next case!
